Nice facilities, great outdoors pool and jacuzzi, kind staff, and a peculiar add-on that turns out to be useful in these times: an internal clinic to carry out antigenic test (required for most international flights), operating every day from 6 to 8 PM, with result delivered to you by email in less than two hours as a PDF that the reception will kindly print for you.

The service always meets and exceeds expectations. As a primarily English speaker it was easy to get help if needed. The staff was also very patient when I tried to use my Spanish skills! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I also really liked the little lavender oil bottle as I tend to be a nervous traveler.

The carpet looked old and stained (maybe not necessarily dirty?). Maybe it needs a bit of work. This hotel has always looked and felt clean and comfortable. It's still good, but a bit less than years ago. (perhaps the pandemic being so recent?)

I enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The people that brought food and beverages to my room were friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff were also friendly, warm and attentive. The people that cleaned my room were exceptional and efficient.
