The service always meets and exceeds expectations. As a primarily English speaker it was easy to get help if needed. The staff was also very patient when I tried to use my Spanish skills! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I also really liked the little lavender oil bottle as I tend to be a nervous traveler.

I enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The people that brought food and beverages to my room were friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff were also friendly, warm and attentive. The people that cleaned my room were exceptional and efficient.

The Westin is an incredible hotel. It offers everything you would need for a short stay and is close to the airport while also being near the city centre. The room was clean, staff very friendly and food was delicious.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and all the staff was accommodating and very friendly. The lady at the breakfast restaurant was very sweet and accommodated us with extra requests for our todller.

Outstanding structure, in a nice and safe neighborhood only 15 minutes from the airport. Nice facilities, great outdoors pool and jacuzzi, kind staff, and a peculiar add-on that turns out to be useful in these times: an internal clinic to carry out antigenic test (required for most international flights), operating every day from 6 to 8 PM, with result delivered to you by email in less than two hours as a PDF that the reception will kindly print for you.

The carpet looked old and stained (maybe not necessarily dirty?). Maybe it needs a bit of work. This hotel has always looked and felt clean and comfortable. It's still good, but a bit less than years ago. (perhaps the pandemic being so recent?)
